The education system of Indians School and Colleges is became very bad. The India will become very powerful country in every field like Tech, Sports, and other many things if the schools or colleges teach students more practically than theory.

From the nursery the students get the pressure from their parents or teacher that you have to become topper in his/her class. The parent think that we send our children school to become topper or in future he or she have to a government job because they're thinking that this the toppest part of our society. I think the parents are right in his thought because most of the parents didn't get education and the given their children the best part of his society know by him is Government job
But here the schools teacher can change their mindset by teaching him that this will support his life and you are giving his children a big pressure. But the teacher do exactly opposite of this, because they have to got more appreciation from their parent that, you are teaching our children well.
Impact of this type of environment to the students
This type of environment that we discussed above destroying the life of the students, and the students are unknown to this. Because of this type of environment.
They think we are doing good only by getting good marks in exam and not learning. They are trained as they have to get only marks not learning skill or other things.
The students who are unknown to this, they followed their routine to remembering Question/Answers but which who know that I am doing the bad things that will definitely destroy my life, learn concepts and understand the theory, not remember questions/answers for exam.
These types of students get the bad impact from this type of environment. Let understand through relatable example:
There is a boy who are passionate about coding and know that this type of education system destroy me and learning the concepts of the chapter not remembering Question/Answers for exam. In another hand he started to learn coding and learn coding instead of completing school homework or sometimes miss school because he has to solve the coding problems. Because of this type of routine the boy school exam result was not good. The teacher called the parent of this boy and said that your son is not learning,and invest his study time in learning coding. The parent of this boy scolded him and said "This is the time of study not learn coding a stupid thing, this will destroy your future because you cannot get a good government job" and tell him that we are poor, we have not enough money to invest in you, so you have to learn the things of school what the teacher teach you and get government job instead of learning coding.
Now the boy is emotionally blackmailed because his father listen him a sad story related to economic condition. Now the boy also started doing competition with the students of school that who will become the next topper. And because of this type of competition the boy started remembering Question/Answer.

In India most of the schools teach only for remembering Question Answer and passing the school exam and became the topper of the school. Really the students are trained as that he or she have to learn questions/answers and passed the school exam. There is the no practical based questions in exam.

Nowadays many students having their phone, they invest most of his/her time in scrolling reels and watching videos on social media. Here social media play a important role in changing the mindset of the people but what they show to others, what the people see, they learn that. Nowadays news channels also became the bad version of itself, they only upload the good sides of politician. In which only politician is the person who can change this type of system. But what the news channels upload this politician is very good doing this type of things and the main things he gives the 10 thousand money.
Politicians role
Politicians can change all the game but they use the education for votes not for future.
What politician do:
Appoint unqualified teachers who are in contact with him, not from the merit list where the highly qualified teachers is there.
Neglect government school and basic facilities.
Keep outdated syllabus instead of new version
Create exam pressure instead of real knowledge.
These are the main things that politician do but there is many more things that politician do which is not good.

By improving quality education: Include problem solving and creativity.

Literally I gave the Olympiad exam in my school it is very easy when the school exam system will more practical. Two years before in school there is the "LEAD" school learning which is more practical and give questions like Olympiad questions in exam, if this study system will follow I guaranteed that I got 50 out of 50 in my Olympiad exam.
